WindRunner is coming! Can the world's largest cargo plane can ferry 4 F-35Cs, 4 F-16s, 12 AH-64 Apache choppers in its belly?

Compared to the military cargo planes in service, an aircraft which will dwarf all of them is being proposed and is likely to take off by 2030. Named WindRunner, the massive aircraft will have dual use. Being built by a US startup Radia, the WindRunner can be used to ferry several fighter jets and combat helicopters together unlike the present-day planes.
