India’s aviation regulator has proposed allowing passengers to cancel or amend their tickets without extra charges within 48 hours of booking. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has also recommended not levying extra charges on flyers for name corrections. Here’s a look at the draft rules
