VTM Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for May 22, 2026, at 04:30 PM at Thiagarajar Mills Premises, Kappalur. The board will consider and approve the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2026, and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Director's Report.
