Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Sept 7: Vice-Chancellor, Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Prof. Shakil Ahmad Romshoo, along with Director, Council of Scientific & Industrial Research-North East Institute of Science &Technology (CSIR-NEIST), Dr. Virendra M. Tiwari, called on Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, at Raj Bhawan.
