Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 18: Various competitions were held on the second day of the Cultural and Literary Festival ‘Yuv Tarang’ 2025 organized under the aegis of Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ) by the Department of Students Welfare.
