US President Donald Trump has announced the formation of a “Board of Peace” to oversee Phase Two of his 20-point plan to end the Gaza conflict. The board includes Marco Rubio, Tony Blair, Jared Kushner and Ajay Banga, and will focus on governance, security, reconstruction and funding, alongside a new Gaza administration and stabilisation force.
