Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting on August 05, 2026, via video conferencing to approve the preferential allotment of 70,00,000 warrants to Essix Biosciences Limited at ₹196 each, totaling ₹137.2 crore. The meeting will also seek consent for altering the Articles of Association. The warrants convert into equity shares within 18 months.
