
SSB apprehends a total of 75 inmates attempting to cross into India from Nepal

Sashastra Seema Bal apprehended seventy-five inmates. They were trying to enter India from Nepal. These individuals fled jails in Nepal. This happened amidst unrest in the Himalayan nation. The India-Nepal border is under surveillance. Nepal is returning to normalcy after protests. Sushila Karki became the interim Prime Minister. Fresh elections are scheduled in Nepal for March 5, 2026.
