SRF reappoints Kartik Bharat Ram as Joint MD till March 2031

SRF has reappointed Mr. Kartik Bharat Ram as Joint Managing Director for a term of five years, effective from June 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The reappointment was approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2026. Mr. Kartik Bharat Ram (54) brings over three decades of experience and serves on the boards of KAMA Holdings Limited and Kalyani Steels Limited.
