Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Apr 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional responsibilities to 2012 batch AGMUT Cadre IAS officer Dr Piyush Singla, who is currently serving as Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department.
