A 30-year study of nearly 3,000 adults reveals that meal timing, particularly breakfast, may influence longevity. Led by Dr. Hassan Dashti of Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, the research found that later breakfasts are linked to higher mortality and conditions like depression, fatigue, and oral health issues. Older adults with earlier, consistent meal schedules had better survival rates. The findings highlight chrononutritions role in healthy aging and suggest structured eating supports longer, healthier lives.
