General Upendra Dwivedi retired as the 30th Chief of the Army Staff on Tuesday, saying future wars will be 'joint, integrated and theatre-oriented'. He handed over command to General Dhiraj Seth, who took over as the 31st Army chief at a ceremonial event in New Delhi.
