The issue includes ₹1,000 crore fresh issue and ₹907 crore offer for sale by existing shareholders including Flipkart Internet and other marquee investors. The logistics provider reported strong H1 FY26 revenue of ₹1,800 crore with 68% year-on-year growth, serving 14,758 pincodes across India with e-commerce express parcel services contributing 70% of business revenue.
