Sale of edible items without labels banned in Shimla

To safeguard the health of children, the Shimla district administration on Monday banned the sale of edible items having improper or no labels. Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap issued the order while chairing the ninth meeting of the District Level Advisory Committee constituted under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
