Route Mobile plans to expand the AI-powered customer engagement platform acquired from Helter Technologies into international markets, according to Vinay Binyala, Chief Strategy Officer and Investor Relations Officer. The acquisition strengthens the company's non-SMS portfolio by adding AI automation capabilities to its omnichannel communication platform. Route Mobile expects the technology to improve customer engagement while increasing adoption of higher-value enterprise solutions.
