Speaking to Business Insider, he argued that in person collaboration drives faster decisions, creativity, and stronger culture compared to remote setups that can cause isolation and stalled ideas. The company will still support existing remote staff, but Fuentes believes physical co location gives the firm a strategic edge in innovation.
