Reliance Consumer Products acquires majority stake in Naturedge Beverages, maker of Shunya functional drinks. The JV will scale health-focused beverages, expand into new categories, and strengthen RCPL’s fast-growing FMCG portfolio, now nearing Dabur and Tata Consumer in revenue.
