Raymond Realty Limited incorporated Ten X Realty South Limited (TXRSL) as a wholly owned subsidiary on May 15, 2026, with an Authorized Share Capital of Rs.1,00,000/- divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. The incorporation is a strategic initiative to explore new real estate projects under the redevelopment model and to mitigate project-specific risks. TXRSL is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is yet to commence business operations. The Certificate of Incorporation was received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs / Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on May 16, 2026.
