A Texas man, Ethan Nieneker, reportedly acted without provocation, fatally shooting three people, including a child, in a Target parking lot. Nieneker, with a history of mental health issues and arrests, fled the scene in a stolen vehicle before being apprehended. Charges of capital murder have been filed.
