Indian AI startup Sarvam AI said its Bulbul V3 and Sarvam Vision models outperformed Google Gemini and ChatGPT across text-to-speech, OCR and document reading in Indic languages. The models showed higher accuracy and natural speech across 22 Indian scripts, drawing praise from the government and highlighting India’s growing AI capabilities.
