Veteran actor Dharmendra and former Kerala Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan, a Left stalwart, were among five personalities conferred with the nation’s second highest civilian honour — the Padma Vibhushan — on Sunday. The award has been given posthumously to Dharmendra and Achuthanandan.
