Om Infra Limited has appointed M/s. Khandelwal Badaya & Co. as its statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s Ravi Sharma & Co. The Board approved the appointment on June 13, 2026, and the new auditor will hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder ratification.
