Office leasing across nine major Indian cities reached a record 82.6 million sq ft in 2025, rising 1% year-on-year, CBRE said. Demand was driven by technology firms, BFSI players, and expanding Global Capability Centres. Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai led activity, with GCCs expected to drive up to 40% absorption in 2026.
