NSE welcomes MCA move allowing up to 10% CSR spending through Social Stock Exchange

Companies can now deploy up to 10 per cent of their annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending through instruments listed on Social Stock Exchanges (SSEs), a move that is expected to boost funding for non-profit organisations and expand social financing through regulated capital market platforms.
