A 27-year-old Delhi-based entrepreneur and founder of Youthocracy has said that finding a house in the capital has been more difficult than building her startup. In a post on X, she described issues such as sudden rent hikes, intrusive clauses allowing landlords to enter without notice, and moral scrutiny after revealing she is a startup founder. Calling the process “exhausting,” she raised concerns about privacy and safety as a woman living alone.
