Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 27: The Court of Special Judge, NIA Cases, Jammu, Prem Sagar, has rejected the second regular bail application of Peer Arshad Iqbal in terror-funding case with the observation that the trial is in progress and the release of accused at this stage may hamper the course of justice by influencing witnesses yet to be examined.
