Mythik, a media-tech startup building a tech-first entertainment universe around Eastern mythology and folklore, has raised $5 million at a valuation above $50 million. The round saw participation from Dream11 founder Harsh Jain, former McKinsey global MD Rajat Gupta, Bharti Mittal Family Office and other top investors, reinforcing Mythik’s ambition to become a ‘Disney from the East’.
