Mrs. Ameeta Ranade, a promoter of Advance Metering Technology Ltd, increased her shareholding to 12.12% after the transmission of 854,635 equity shares on June 18, 2026. The transfer occurred by operation of law following the death of Mr. Pranav Kumar Ranade. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
