Mindspace Business Parks REIT board approved two Chennai acquisitions totaling ₹25,409 million on March 31, 2026. The REIT will acquire Sycamore Properties for ₹15,968 million and Content Properties for ₹9,441 million, both featuring substantial office developments in Pallikaranai area. Funding will be through preferential issuance of up to 1,39,14,488 units at ₹484.89 per unit to related party shareholders, subject to unitholder approval via postal ballot.
