MedPlus Subsidiary Drug License Suspensions Rise to 12 Stores

MedPlus Health Services disclosed that its subsidiary, Optival Health Solutions, received two additional drug license suspension orders for stores in Karnataka, dated May 22 and May 23, 2026. This brings the total number of affected stores to twelve across Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, and Delhi, with all suspensions occurring under Rule 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. The potential revenue loss from the two new stores is Rs 0.54 lacs and Rs 1.98 lacs, respectively, increasing the total potential revenue impact to Rs 14.80 lacs.
