The company recorded a net profit of ₹12.69 crore for FY26, compared to ₹7.21 crore in the previous year, representing significant growth. Revenue from operations increased to ₹312.09 crore from ₹272.67 crore in FY25. The Board of Directors approved the financial results at their meeting held on 21 April 2026 and scheduled the 44th Annual General Meeting for 29 May 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the audited annual financial results.
