Maharashtra students performed strongly in JEE Advanced 2026, with IIT Bombay zone candidates among category toppers, organisers said. B Jayakrishna Srinivas secured General-EWS Rank 1 with 319 marks, while Kovid Boob topped the SC category. Overall, 56,880 of 1.79 lakh candidates qualified for IIT admissions through the exam.
