Maharashtra Govt Assures Wider Health Insurance Coverage, Promises Meeting On BMC-Run Seven Hills Hospital Future

The Maharashtra government told the Assembly it is working to expand the reach of its flagship Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana by bringing more private and charitable hospitals on board for cashless treatment. Minister Meghana Bordikar said efforts are underway to strengthen empanelment while addressing concerns over BMC-run Seven Hills Hospital and its possible leasing plan.
