Magson Retail concludes EGM on preferential allotment

Magson Retail & Distribution conducted its 01/2026-27 Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on July 15, 2026, via video conferencing to seek shareholder approval for the preferential allotment of 3,00,000 CCDs and 61,200 equity shares. The meeting also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Emmanuel Francis as Managing Director and Mr. Manish Shivnarayan Pancholi as Whole-Time Director for three years.
