LTTS to divest smart world unit to AMI Paradigm for Rs 452 crore

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) on Thursday said it will sell its Smart World and Communication (SWC) division to AMI Paradigm Solutions as part of its five-year strategy to refocus on AI-led digital and engineering capabilities. The transaction, valued at Rs 452 crore, will be executed on a slump sale basis, subject to adjustments for working capital, net debt and other conditions. It is expected to close on or before September 30, 2026.
