L&T subsidiary Vyoma.AI incorporates LTN Compute for AI infrastructure

Vyoma.AI Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited, incorporated LTN Compute Private Limited on June 20, 2026 to establish AI compute infrastructure. Vyoma.AI subscribed to 100% of the equity shares for a total cash consideration of Rs. 1,00,000. The new entity is yet to commence business operations.
