Khemani Distributors & Marketing Ltd has scheduled its 15th Annual General Meeting for August 4, 2026, to adopt the audited financial statements for FY26 and re-appoint Mrs. Anupa Amitkumar Khemani as a Director. The company reported a net loss of ₹12.96 lakh for the year, compared to a net profit of ₹13.70 lakh in FY25, as revenue fell to ₹676.98 lakh and expenses rose to ₹967.12 lakh. Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of B Chordia & Co. as statutory auditors for a five-year term.
