Kerala governor underlines importance of people’s participation in nation’s development

During the Kerala 'Piravi' (Kerala Formation Day) celebrations held at the Raj Bhavan , Governor Arlekar said citizens cannot be passive spectators in the country’s development, but should be active participants in the process.
