KD Leisures Limited conducted its 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for FY 2026-2027 on May 22, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The meeting approved changing the company's name to Vedic Ayurveda Limited and altering the Object Clause. Additionally, the EGM regularized the appointments of Ms. Kanchan Yadav, Ms. Deepika Awasthi, and Ms. Anubha Kumari Sinha as directors.
