IRCTC new rules from October 1, 2025: Indian Railways issues guidelines for online reservation of general tickets

IRCTC is implementing new guidelines to prevent misuse of the ticket reservation system. Starting October 1, 2025, only Aadhaar-authenticated users can book reserved general tickets online during the first 15 minutes of booking.
