Indoco Remedies completed the transfer of its Ophthalmic Division to Sunways (India) Private Limited on a slump sale basis on May 18, 2026. The transaction, governed by the Agreement to Transfer Business approved and executed on April 30, 2026, covers operations in India and 17 territories across West, Central, East, and Southern Africa. All conditions precedent under the ATB were fulfilled prior to the completion of the transfer. The disclosure was made to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 by the Company Secretary & Head Legal.
