Russia says Vladimir Putin's December 4-5 visit to India is 'important' and will cover the 'entire extensive agenda' of ties. Both sides plan to sign multiple agreements, boost trade, and deepen strategic cooperation across defence, economy, technology, and space. A major 2030 economic programme is expected.
