India, Germany ink key agreements to boost cooperation in defence, technology and energy

India and Germany signed 19 agreements during German Chancellor Friedrich Merz's visit to India. The deals cover defence, technology, energy, education and mobility. PM Modi said defence cooperation will support co-innovation and co-production. Germany also announced visa-free transit and new funding under the GSDP.
