HAL LUH: Check features of indigenous helicopter set to become lifeline for Indian Army at Siachen, world’s highest battlefield

India is introducing its new Light Utility Helicopter. This indigenous aircraft will replace older helicopters in the Himalayas. The LUH is designed for extreme high-altitude missions. It will support troop transport, medical evacuation, and logistics. The Indian Air Force and Army will receive 171 units. Deliveries will begin soon from Karnataka.
