Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 18: Department of Physical Education and Sports of PSPS Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, under the aegis of Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ), hosted the Inter-Collegiate Kabaddi (Men and Women) Tournament.
