Nashik police are probing allegations linked to a Rs 400 crore demonetised cash heist meant for election funding. Complainant Sandeep Patil alleged police tracked the money unofficially, accused him of masterminding the theft and abducted him at gunpoint. He submitted audio-video evidence claiming links between police, a builder and a hawala operator.
