Fortis Healthcare announced its audited financial results for FY26, reporting a 31.5% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹1,064 Cr. Revenue from operations grew 17.3% to ₹9,128 Cr, driven by a 19.1% increase in hospital business revenue and an 8.5% rise in diagnostics revenue. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share.
