Fitbit finally listened! Dark Mode arrives on Android after years of user demands

Fitbit has rolled out version 4.50 of its Android app, finally delivering the long-awaited dark mode feature. Users can switch the new “Dark Theme” in settings or sync with their devices default preference. Although a few elements may not fully render at launch, the majority of the interface aids dark mode. In addition, Fitbit Labs is testing Gemini-powered features, including simplified lab report summaries and a Symptom Checker, showing a significant shift toward AI-driven health support.
