Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited's board approved the preferential allotment of 5,00,000 warrants to promoter Mohammad Quaim Syed at ₹479 each, totaling ₹23.95 crore. The warrants, which include a premium of ₹469, are convertible into equity shares within 18 months and require shareholder consent. Additionally, the board appointed M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. as statutory auditor for a five-year term starting FY27 and scheduled an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to seek necessary approvals.
