Embassy REIT's ₹530-crore deal

Mumbai Embassy Office Parks REIT has sold two blocks at its Embassy Manyata Business Park in Bengaluru. The deal, valued at ₹530 crore, involved approximately 376,000 sq ft. EAAA Alternatives' Rental Yield Plus fund acquired the properties.
